William Cochran

William Cochran founded Stratflow Solutions after a decade as an ITSM Program Director working in and alongside higher education, including six years at TeamDynamix, a leading ITSM platform — seeing firsthand how understaffed teams kept inheriting tools before they had the process or clarity to use them well. A Master of Education in Higher Education Administration adds the institutional fluency to match that technical depth, so Stratflow can diagnose where the friction actually lives, align people and process around it, and build solutions teams can sustain.

Every engagement is led personally by William, start to finish, by design. Stratflow exists for one reason: to help college and university IT departments run smarter, without losing sight of the mission they serve.
